Things are picking up this summer - 2025'

   Things sure are picking up this Spring and Summer at the Rustic Anvil Forge LLC. I hope that I am not boring you with these Blog post, but it just helps me to remember all the things I have done and how I got to this point. I just got back from a hectic trip over to Rome and was slated to give a three-hour blacksmith class for five people. For five people, I needed an extra forge and another smith, my friend Jason, to perform some of the heavy lifting. They were great folks to be with, and the April weather was fantastic. Feel free to come again and we can build on what you have learned.

Speaking of Rome, the ten day tour was fantastic but a little taxing on my health and came back with a nice 4 week cold. Never-the-less I had an idea as a North American BS, who specializes in Frederickson crosses - Why not give one to Pope Francis??? My wife's idea was to mail it to via the concierge in our hotel. We even gave one for his help in this regard. I never heard back from him as he died a few weeks later, maybe they will just give it to the next Pope Leo XIV. who knows

After the 5-person group was done, I started to get inquiries about having a women's forging class. so I got to thinking that they would desire more than just flattening nails. Why not have a class on forging jewelry? New product lines are essential to keep from getting stagnant and folks getting bored. Here are just a few things that I have been tinkering on for the ladies. I have other things in mind too but don't want to ruin it on this reveal. What do you think?
